hi, i ordered my iphone 14 pro max over a week go and still havnt got a tracking number and still hasnt arrived

and help on when it may arrive

As per many other posts it could be up to 28 days depending on when we can obtain stock. 

You will need to keep checking EE order tracking. If you have no tracking number you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
