I bought a oppo find X5 with free smart watch ,I claimed the smart watch and sent them my IMEI number as requested and that was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my watch or email saying it's been despatched,what can i do

Hi I recently added another handset to my account but am still awaiting any delivery confirmation. I did tell the lady I needed it by the 25th but I've had to delivery update and usually have to pick a time for delivery? Thanks
