long wait hope to get it by xmas

I have been waiting 39 days now for an iPhone Pro Max I would buy it 100 times over from giffgaff I made a big mistake buying it from EE

@Rombos  That’s right it’s EEs fault. They don’t make the device are not at fault for the amount of orders they receive not at fault for how many they receive from the manufacturer but it’s the networks fault that you don’t have the device yet.    Why do you think you could possibly get on on Giffgaff.  Could it be they haven’t had the amount of orders that EE received.

do not write delivery until 21 days
you are misleading your customers

We will clear stock on a first come first served basis, clearing the orders from oldest to newest. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

Hi @Rombos 

This is out of EE's control. I suspect every other carrier would also have the same problem if they had sold through all of their stock.

COVID outbreaks in China are the culprit. For the first time in a while, Foxconn isn't able to overwork its poor staff as much as it would like to.
