I can’t find the order of my mobile update at all!!

I’ve done a update to IPhone 14 Pro Max, I’ve got the tracking number but I can’t track the order! I really don’t know how it’s going!! Could someone help me please?

@VitinRS  Is that an order number or a tracking number?  The order number starts with XKO or XKN
