I bought a ps5 it was supposed to come today but only half my order arrived

I ordered a ps5 with a controller with an extra controller on the 27th I received an email from both ee and dpd but only one of the controllers arrived no ps5 and no 1st controller. I have tried calling ee to hit a dead end because it gives no options to ask about orders I want answers as to where the rest of my order is.

As @Northerner suggested, it's possible the packages are coming separately but I understand you wanting to check this with the team.

When you call, you can follow the options for billing, and the customer care team can help with this. Whichever options you press will connect you to a guide and if they aren't able to help, they can transfer you to someone who can so don't worry about which options you select.
