it means they believe it'll be delivered within their estimated time.

there would have been an estimated time when you selected your plan.

f you go on EE's iPhone pro max page it says

Available to order

Expect despatch in more than 28 days.

@Biren865  you’ll be sent a device once one can be allocated to you. There is a queue of people waiting for their devices who ordered before you.     Doesn’t matter when you need it by all orders of that type that you want that got ordered before you need to be delivered first.   EE  don’t have stock of this device and what they do have are already allocated to people who ordered before you.  You’ll have to wait until one can be allocated to you.
