Upgrade order

I placed an upgrade order on Sunday, recieved comfimation and on monday recieved a text saying my order will be dispatched in 1 working day. However its now Thursday and nothing and  when I try to track using my order confirmation number it keeps saying updates can not be shown right now. Ive tried ringing but kept getting placed on hold for ages and I don't have the time to be on hold for hours. My account also doesnt show the documents even though Ive had a message telling me, my ee account now has the documents uploaded.  Is there anyway I can find where my order is as my contract on my current account is finished on the 6th.

Has your plan changed in your My EE account? 

Have you had a text from DPD to let you know they have received your order?

No just an email from ee on tuesday saying it will be dispatched in 1 day.

This model is currently showing, 'available to order, usually despatched within 7 days' 

You will be contacted by DPD with tracking information when this is dispatched.

Ok thank you. I think I just got confused as my text message says dispatch in 1 day and I was panicking a little due to my other contract being up on the 6th. Hopefully its here soon. Thank you for your help.

The contract will continue and the plan will change once the phone has been dispatched you won't be cut off when your current contract ends @BD86

Hi

Still nothing for my upgrade order. Tried calling in hold for 2hrs. Had to
hang up due to work. No response from messages sent in social media either.
Is there anyway to find out when my order will actually be dispatched and
delivered? Thanks
