So put a pre order In for iPhone 15 pro max white payed a up front cost and when I go to track my order all it says is wait for email for DPD or ee any Idea what I'm doing wrong

I have order number and confirmation to yet I can't seem to find out where it is

@Jimbobaggings  Until a device is allocated to you there’s nothing to track.  A pre-order doesn’t mean you’re going to get it straight the way.    EE can only send out what’s been provided by Apple.

This would all depend on the colour and memory size you go for and what the stock levels are like for that device. 

If you could provide me with the colour and memory size you are looking at I would love to check our dispatch times for you.
