How to make a compliant

I’ve waited in for 2 days for my new phone and still no delivery and I can’t speak to anyone except a robot, how do you make a complaint please?

@Suzysue   Did you receive a tracking number via text ? and text from DPD to say they have a package for you ?     If you waiting in for two days and you’ve not had the above that was a you choice and has nothing to do with EE,   What’s the complaint about?
