I ordered a phone over on Tuesday and paid the deposit but not had any confirmation email. I have had my plan details email but nothing else. How long do I have to wait for confirmation etc?

If nothing’s come through and you’ve already received the plan details email, I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to check the order and make sure everything’s gone through as it should.
