I ordered a new phone and contact yesterday afternoon had a confirmation email but my order reference number is not working and can't track it HELP

Great that you have received the initial "order placed" email.
As you're seeing an error when tracking, your order may not have been able to be completed.
Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
The team can then discuss what additional information we need to manually process it for you.

It could be that the order is just being processed. Please try again this morning.
If you let me know which model of phone you chose, and the colour/memory size too, I can check our stock levels and estimated delivery timescales.
