How long till my phone to be dispatched

Hello

so I placed an order on 24/12/23 upfront cost paid all accepted. Yet still no dispatch has come through does anyone know how long it can take?. It’s an Google pixel 8 pro 256gb obsidian.

This model is showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days' 

DPD will be in touch with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
