How do i cancel an order

I ordered an ipad but chose the wrong one, i need to cancel the order and do it again. HELP!!

As @Schockwave mentioned you will need to contact us to cancel an order, who to contact would depend on where you placed the order. If it was on ee.co.uk please give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone for help cancelling the order.

If the order was placed on https://store.ee.co.uk/ please contact the store team using the e-mail or call back form here Contact us | EE Store

You will have to ring customer service, nothing we can do in the public forum, no account access.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
