I’m a new customer. My old iPhone 6 won’t charge now, so I decided to join ee. I ordered 14pro max (like the rest of the world it appears) they said no I couldn’t have it. I then got a call from ee saying I could have the iPhone13 and build up my points or whatever. So I said yes. The phone was expediently dispatched. During that time however I was called again and was told I could have the 14pro max if I still wanted it. So obviously I said yes. So I have the 13, but I’m awaiting the 14 ( No delivery date like most people too, I was told the back end of October) so I’m not sure how to proceed. I have an old 6 that won’t charge, a 13 I can’t use and a 14 I don’t have.!!?? How did this happen?? Can I just activate the 13 and use it until the 14 arrives.? This is ideally what I want as I’m without a phone until it does arrive.

@Chob_1971 : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order for the iPhone 13 FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

I ordered by phone and saw the 14 day cooling off period. That was all I wanted to know really. Can I use the phone and return it within 14days without it affecting my other order?
