Trying to get DPD tracking as app has no info

Not sure if anyone can help from EE trying to get DPD tracking for an order that’s been dispatched , I have added numerous details to DPD app but still doesn’t show anything ? Any help would be much appreciated

@Peterthomas1978 , did you use the same information on the DPD app that EE have, such as email address, home address and phone number?

Once it has been dispatched DPD will send notification the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Yes all info is correct and previous orders always show up on DPD app upon dispatch . No worries thanks for the quick reply
