I've recently sent a phone back to EE and it got delivered to them today. Is there anyway I am able to track the progress on my return online? I'm desperately wanting to get this sorted so I can order a new phone... I'm phoneless!
Once your device return is processed you'll receive a confirmation message letting you know it's completed. However, you'll need your existing SIM card in a device to receive the messages.
