I was pre-ordering the new iPhone 16 Pro and as i was completing the payment i had to go do something for 5 minutes, i came back and put in my card details before clicking pay now. after i clicked it, i got logged out. i logged back in, the order is still in my basket but i've been charged the upfront payment anyway. what do i do?
