EE have added cost of my two upgrades and PS5 to bill as one off charge!

I have (now) 4 lines with EE, one of which was a recent upgrade and a new line in itself, ordered 2 x iPhone 14s and added a PS5 to plan. All fine so I thought until my husband couldn’t make calls this morning so I logged in, EE has suspended my service because I’m overdue a payment of 1320 and on looking at bill it appears that the two phones and ps5 have been charged as one off payments? This is the latest in a long line of issues with EE and frankly at this point I’m at the end of my tether. Can anyone help at all?

Ah thanks I appreciate the response - I was just asking for help in that has anyone had this before and how did they resolve. Am on to them now it’s an issue with how the retail sales set it up because it was no upfront cost they’ve just added the two phones to be paid in full. Now saying it’s a flex pay issue
