I have had a rolling contract since oct 22 and now need to upgrade as my phone is broken. When will i know if my upgrade has been excepted!? The email I received simply said thanks for starting your order.. Thanks

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is great to hear you are upgrading. What did you go for?

You would usually get the confirmation email after the order has been placed. Did you place the order online or was it over the phone with our team?

I ordered online. I've had the contract 15yrs my mother took the contract out but all bills adress in my name. My phones screen is dying I won't have a phone. I have anxiety problems and don't call people I text etc. Maybe I didn't pass security. 

Also my mother passed away oct 3 2017 and didn't ever change it to my name. It's me that's paid the bills.

@amanda661 It is possible that the names didn't match and the order hasn't been processed, but you'd usually get an email if that was the case.

It could also be that the order is still pending. When did you put the order through?

In the longer term, if the account is still in your late mother's name, it would be best to get it updated to your name. That is something that would need to be done over the phone but you can complete this form, and the team would give you a call to run through the next steps.

Also my mobile has died, it comes and goes, so my only means of contact are home phone. I've filled out the form. And thanks
