How am I supposed to track my order when “track my order” doesn’t work?

@Rooster1973  Have you received a tracking number? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

In track my order all it says is : put your "order reference number" in the box. I do that and it does nothing

I received an email on 3.10.22 confrming my order including my order number. I just rang 150 to find out where my order was. They had no record of me ordering it. Useless! Apparently it was because my address had changed but unless I had rung to enquire I would still be in the dark waiting for something that hadn’t been ordered. Why not send an email telling me what is happening.????
I’ve been a customer since 2007. Nice to know I don’t get any kind of loyalty points for that!

The ee lady I spoke to was very helpful.

It’s just the system that is rubbish.  Which is fundamentally what ee is! A system
