Not received my order from 10th & unable to get through to EE customer services

Hi All,

I placed my order on the 10th of March for a new Iphone & sim contract as my current phone has broken. Tracking doesnt seem to work and i have had no updates. People on X keep telling me to call but im unable to as i literally dont have a phone right now as my previous phone is broken. Please how do i find out about my order without calling? Am i literally going to have to drive to my nearest EE shop?

I'm sorry to hear that this wasn't clear when you placed your order @MitchTamcken, but I have checked and the website this is showing up to date now.

If you'd prefer not to wait then it may be worth reaching out to our team using a friend or family member's phone, and they will be able to cancel or change your order.

Welcome to the EE Community!

Whilst we can't check orders directly via these forums, I can certainly give an overview on delivery timescales. 

This should hopefully give us a good idea on if it's a normal back-order delay, or something needs to be checked with the order itself.

Which model of iPhone did you go for here, including the colour and storage version?

I ordered an Iphone 17 Pro, Silver, 1TB. Delivering to Chelmsford in Essex.

Based on the guidance I can see at my end, at the point you placed your order, we were estimating at least 28 days for delivery on this particular model of the 17 Pro.

Timescales do differ from model to model, but generally most of the 17 and 17 Pro variants have been really popular so there is usually some back-order time to factor in.

Was this ordered as a brand new contract, or was it an upgrade to an existing one?

It was a brand new contract.

If i had known i was going to wait a month i never would have ordered, as i will now be without a phone for a full month!
