Hi, I’ve recently created my EE account and I’m wanting to purchase a product but it asks me to login, once I click login it tells me to link my account and gives me three options:
connect a phone
connect an ee router
join the ee community
However, the only one I can do is join the ee community and I’ve not done that but it still telling me to link my account? Do I have to do something else aswell?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
If you're a brand new EE customer, please log out of My EE before making a purchase from the online shop.
Once your receive your product, you can then add it to your My EE account.

Hi, but the product I’m looking at does not show a “Buy” button it shows a “Log In” button so I’m required to login before I can buy it?

Hi @lukeweston,
Is it an add to plan product? These items are only available to EE Mobile customers as the monthly charge is added to your mobile bill.

Possibly I’m not sure it was the AirPods Pro 2nd Generation but as a monthly plan of 11 months?
