EE One under house share

We are currently renting in a house share and we are using EE Broadband wifi only under my housemate's account. I am looking to switch my mobile provider to EE and the question is:

Do I need to migrate the wifi broadband to my account and billing to benefit from EE One? Or can I setup my mobile account independently under my EEID and link it to my housemates' account to benefit?

To benefit from EE One any SIMs ordered under it must be on the same a/c as the BB. It'll be your housemate's & your choice whether to order EE SIMs on his a/c or to effect a change of ownership of the BB to your a/c.
