I've placed an order this morning the deposit was taken and Ive not received any confirmation email yet. It went on a blank screen and nothing else come up.

I'm unable to call so I'm slightly worried now

Hi @Vatkins99 It's understandable that you're concerned if you've not received confirmation.

When you place an order, a member of our processing team need to pick the order up and get it processed, and if there are any issues, they'll send you an email asking you to contact them.

If you'd like to speak with an advisor to check your order, you can call on 07953 966 150, which you can do from any network or landline.

Likely your order is not processed yet. 

If you haven't heard anything by this afternoon then call EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I don't have access to a phone so I cant call which was why I applied to ee
