I ordered a new phone yesterday, i then received a text advising me a new document had been added for my new phone, i couldn't locate this but does this mean my phone has been dispatched as ive had no communication to advise its been declined or not.thank you

Did you receive a confirmation email with a tracking reference to track your order online?
Also, which model device, including memory size and colour have you ordered?

Hi,
so I have a contract sim with yourself already,but my recent order is the iPhone 14 in light blue.
I received confirmation my order was being processed and received tracking number for my order but no tracking number for dispatch. When tracking the pointer is on dispatched but I don’t know if this is just the tracking itself and not necessarily it confirming it has been dispatched as no dpd or delivery tracking, I did receive a message yesterday morning saying “ Hi from EE. A new document for your GAN iPhone 14 5G 128GB Starlight device agreement is now available. Log in to ee.co.uk/go/login to view it. Thanks.“ however, I couldn’t view thsi anywhere, I just wanted to know if it had actually been accepted and dispatched

Has the iPhone 14 been added to your EE account? Did you upgrade the contract SIM or purchase the device with no SIM?
