Iphone 16 pro- 16 pro max pre order thread/that time of the year again

Hello everyone in the ee community it’s that time again of the year placing and tracking the new iPhone 16 and 16 pro max’s orders and especially since a few years with delay issues with ee 😂 and then ringing them up and patiently waiting for that DPD notification I love this time of the year, so everyone I have created this thread and everyone stay posted in this thread don’t follow any other thread keep this one running guys if we keep each other updated then hopefully we get the iPhone this year on time on release day.

Ordered PM 256GB WT on 26th September. I got a text message from EE on Sunday 29th September saying thanks for your order, your order will be dispatched IN 7 days. I thought that was very quick as was expecting to wait over the 28 days as stated when ordering. Tracking updated on 6th October that’s it’s ’on Track’. No further updates as yet. Anyone else ordered on 26th and waiting?

Yeah I’m in the exact same boat, I ordered mine on the 25th of September. I ordered the exact same colour and storage as you and I’ve heard nothing since the 2nd of October. I rang ee this morning and the lady on the phone said that my order hasn’t even been shipped yet, she said if she’s being honest it’s just down to dpd and it’s just whenever you get the text through from them.
So I’m guessing it’s just a waiting game at this point.

Sounds like everyone is being told different things each time now! So mines completely different BT 512GB but I spoke to EE yesterday as I ordered on the 22nd September and was told it’s a waiting game for Apple to send the stock it’s not down to them, they also said the stock isn’t even going on the warehouse shelf’s they are unpacking the phones and sending them out the same day they arrive!

Like I said in my last post, I ordered the same as you. iPhone 16 Pro max in White Titanium 256GB. 
Ordered mid September. 
I call today. Update on the phone today from EE was. 
The white 16PM is the most out of stock colour, especially the 256GB. Even apple don’t have the stock of them ones. She gave a bleak outlook so I don’t expect the phone anytime soon. The agent did suggest I cancel and order and re order a different colour which may get here sooner. I said, would that be any quicker  as I would be at the back of the que. she said, probably. So the white iPhone 16 PM seem a real issue now. EE just simply don’t have them.

I ordered the iPhone 16 pro max 256gb in dt. I've received an email this morning saying delivery is on track but its to my old address which is fine but I stated I wanted it delivered to my current address. I called EE as soon as I got the email and the guy told me even my number is incorrect is I can't receive the PIN. So now I have to wait to get the email confirmation but I'm seeing that most people are getting texts from DPD before any further updates from EE. what can I do in this situation as the guy even said he cant change the address as it'll set me back and I'll have to wait a further 28 days?

How long does it take for order to be delivered when it’s on pre order and tracking now says your order is on track?

Literally ordered on the 29th sept, it’s coming tomorrow. I ordered the pro max desert. Should be with you soon hopefully
