Welcome to the community,

What did you order and when? If it was a SIM card, then EE just send them out by second class post, if on the other hand, it is a product, once it is ready for shipment, you will receive notification the evening before and another one on the day with a one hour window from DPD.

Do you have the DPD app? So long as you used the same email address and delivery address as the one with EE, you can keep a look-out from there. If you are concerned, you may ring customer service and they will be able to let you know.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
