I placed an order late July around the 27th I think and I've heard nothing back it was for some beats earphones I received a confirmation email but nothing since then I've tried tracking the order and it just says sorry we can't track this order right now

If you are concerned, I would suggest speaking to customer service, there is no account access, so cannot take a look for you, but customer service should be able to.
