I ordered the iphone 13 a week ago and I've still to receive could and I've not been updated could anyone help

Give the mobile care team a call on 150, we can only really point toy in the right direction, we don’t have access to customer accounts, majority of us are not EE staff but customers like you

The current estimated delivery time for that model is to expect dispatch within 14 days. Hopefully you'll hear from DPD soon with delivery information.
