I placed an upgrade order for an iphone 13 mini on 8/8.

Have a confirmation email with an order number but have had no delivery date as yet.

I have tried order tracker and received the message - Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

Please can you advise as to when this item will be delivered.

If EE order tracking isn't available then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
