Hello,

 

I placed an order on the 8th of August for a SIM card to be delivered, It’s been dispatched and I have a tracking number but It’s not able to track.

How long does this take to be delivered? it’s needed for the week of the 22nd-

@Megmcx   Does that number start with an XKN or XKO ?

@Megmcx , Sim Cards are sent by second class post, so if you have not received it after five working days, you can ring customer service, but it should arrive by Monday or Tuesday.

@Megmcx  The XKO is an order number you can not track with that.  And as @Schockwave has put SIM cards are sent out by post.
