Hello, I ordered a smart phone samsung galaxy 23+ 256mb 5G green, but it still hasn't arrived, no one gives a clear answer, they also took money from my account for the down payment, but I have no phone and no money! EE service disappoints me, very slow, poor customer service, can't recommend to others!

When I call, they say go to shopping centers, when I go there, they say it will be sent by mail to your home address, there is no clear answer, I spent so much time, I went to EE branches, I didn't get anything, where is my order? If you don't send, why do you charge in advance, who can give a definite answer? I need specific information, otherwise I will complain to you!
