Order is being returned to EE

Hi,

I upgraded my current plan and was waiting for the device to be delivered via DPD. The courier rang my intercom, but by the time I got downstairs he had already gone and the tracking showed as parcel refused and my order is now on its way back to EE. Does anyone know how long it takes to be returned? As I can’t get it delivered until then.

@Laurakomar1  Once the order has been processed as a return and your account has switched back to to its original contract where you can upgrade again you’ll be able to reorder. This is going to take up to 7 days.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
