Had you applied for a iPhone 16 contract and were not able to take one out currently you mean? If so have you looked into buying a SIM free iPhone 16? Buy iPhone 16 SIM Free Handset Only | EE

@Mani8977  Is that because you’re already a contract customer of EE ?   If you’re still within your contract term you’ll have to early upgrade and this would mean paying off your current contract.
