Haven't received SIM card

I have received the new phone and contract but haven't received the Sim card. And it was in the contract actual sim card placed.

  1. Does your old SIM work and fit into your phone. 
  2. Have you checked all the package and box. 

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if no to 1 and 2.
