Hi, I ordered an iPhone pro max on Tuesday as part of an upgrade and received the order confirmation email. Its status changed to dispatched on Wednesday, though the dispatched date on the tracker is blank. It's been 2 clear business days now and I haven't received my handset. The DPD app says I have no pending delivery.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about an update.

You should download the DPD app as well.
