Hi I placed my upgrade order last week - the information with the tracking reference states it has been dispatched but I have had no further contact from EE or DPD for delivery. Is there a delay in delivery of the Iphone 16 pro? Would be nice to have updates on the progress and not just a confirmation email with no information to advise on any delays etc!

@EmmaBrady yes there is a delay with the pro models but desert the most. You are in the same boat as a lot of us. Poor communication from EE to its customers on this. Even when you call 150 the staff there are getting embarrassed with the amount of people calling about this issue. EE should have communicated with the customers when upgrading / starting a new contract but instead they wanted the renewal or new contract over being transparent about the delays to its customers. What we’re being told know is it’s can take up to a 28day.
