Have not received upgrade paperwork

I upgraded instore on Saturday but have not received an email to confirm the order with all the relevant paperwork. I have received an sms from you to say my documents are ready to view on My EE but I have been unable to find them. I have used the order number provided by 150 in the track order page but all I get is this type of order in unable to be viewed at this time. So how do I get a copy of my contract paperwork.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you view the documents if you log into your My EE account online, and select Bills and Payments then at the bottom left 'your documents'?

Sorry but there is no "your documents" option in bills and payments anywhere. I do not know if this makes a difference but I am going from sim only back onto full monthly contract with handset.
