Hi IHave received a call yesterday and got approved for 2 new phones which are supposed to come today but have not received any email confirmation or anything and I have paid 50 upfront is this legit?

Which number were you called from? If you have any concern that it wasn't EE that you were speaking to, I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team so they can check for you.
