Hello,

I made an online order last night for an iPhone and paid a £50 upfront cost. I then received an email with an xko reference. Does this mean it has been successful? I was expecting a credit check but I'm not sure if this has happened. I haven't received a notification since.

If you wish for a full update on your order I would recommend giving us a call on 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider or 150 from an EE mobile.

Neither of them work as I don't have an EE number. My money was taken over
24hours ago and no update about anything.

sorry to message again, I received an email confirming my direct debit instruction. Does this mean that everything is okay to go ahead?

Yes, that is a sign that your order is in progress.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
