Hello,
I made an online order last night for an iPhone and paid a £50 upfront cost. I then received an email with an xko reference. Does this mean it has been successful? I was expecting a credit check but I'm not sure if this has happened. I haven't received a notification since.

Yes, that is a sign that your order is in progress.
You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

sorry to message again, when will a receive details of the contract etc and an EE login. I haven’t received anything yet.
