Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my current smart watch online. I have selected my product and contract etc but go to check out & it says "send verification text". The problem is, my watch has a different number to my phone and the message with the code in isn't coming through to my watch because its not a number I use or have ever used. My watch just links up with my phone. Has anyone experienced this?? I can't finish thr upgrade without the code.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I'd recommend giving our Upgrades Team a call about this so they can complete an upgrade over the phone for you.

how come this problem hasn't been solved yet?
We have seen this issue for the at least 2 years and nothing has changed.
