Ordered my phone on the 10th, still waiting now on the 31st, what is the point in a preorder if its going to take this long?

Spoken to EE a few times and the times kept changing, first it was 14 days, then got told 21, and then 28, I need a solid answer and I want my phone, terrible customer service for someone who has been with EE since the start of EE.

@Christopher_G  the 28 days is what I was told by one of your team members, same as the 14 days, and 21 days.

@Christopher_G  The order tracker also does not show anything regarding my order, and it has been the 21 days quoted to a lot of people and I still have no further information.

Hi @PaulB39 

I know that I've replied to you on another post. The current estimated for the model that you ordered is to expect dispatch within 3 days (for new orders today). Older orders and pre-orders will be cleared first, in the order in which they were placed.

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered, hopefully soon.

Looking at our recent stock availability updates, I would have expected your phone to have been dispatched by now.

@Christopher_G  Hello, yes you have, however I still do not have a response on mine, I am now at day 21, and my order does not even show on my EE account still or anywhere else.

 

So I need an update, and this lack of information from EE is not acceptable. I do not want to know about new orders taking 3 days. I want to know why mine has taken 21 and I still am yet to know further.

Since new orders are expected to be dispatched within 3 days, it would suggest to me that you should hear from DPD in that timescale too, @PaulB39
