There are delays across the iPhone 15 range on all networks including Apple.
Network providers are still taking orders as with any company but awaiting stock, the estimated delivery date you where provided when placing the order, EE will try and make that date depending on the delivery of received units supplied to them from Apple.
As Apple are also feeling the supply and demand for the 15 models they have to limit orders they ship out to other networks so it is outside of EEs control on what stock they are allocated.
so if EE have orders for 30 units but Apple only provide 20, then the first 20 of the 30 orders will be fulfilled in first ordered, remainder 10 will have priority on the next stock intake and so forth.
Im sure your new phone will be with you soon as Apple has put an update out there that they are bringing the waiting time down due to an increase in their stock levels 👌 so waiting times should start coming down.
