I have used placed an order for my upgrade of a Samsung 22 +. I have recieved my confirmation email but it does not show a giftcard, will I still recieve it?

I also upgraded to a phone with the promise of a free giftcard, have been chasing this since November, its now January and still no update. EE keep sending me in circles without any proper answer. This must have been a scam they used to sell clear stock.
