I referred a friend using my code back in September last year and only just got the code across on the 23rd of this month.
When clicking to access the giftcard I'm getting the below error. I did unfortunately leave EE in Feb due to my contract being up for renewal and already having a SIMO with O2 through Virgin Media (decided to keep my current phone another year or two) so I'm struggling to get support.

My friend is also getting the same error message, they are still an EE customer.

Does the gift card show an expiry date?
Can you try opening in a different browser, does this work?

It doesn't, just has the link as shown in the screenshot below. I've tried multiple browsers.

@ellabrad If you’re query is about a refer a friend gift card this is no longer available and hasn’t been since November last year.
