Hello,
I have a friend who, during her mortgage application process, discovered that she still has an outstanding EE bill of about £350 from November 2024. As she is not good in English, she asked me to help her contact EE for guidance on how to pay this debt and request a confirmation letter or receipt showing the payment has been settled, so that she can clear her bad credit record.
Could you please let me know the phone number or email address I should use to resolve this issue?

Thank you. I will try calling them tomorrow. I’m not sure what exactly happened with her — I only received this information from her today. She sent me her credit report, and it shows an outstanding EE debt, which caused the bank to reject her mortgage application. She needs to clear that negative mark, and I think it may take a few months to sort out this issue.
