I've just upgraded and was told I could claim free Samsung Ear Buds and £100 cash back + Disney subscription, anyone know how I get these not had any email or text?

You have to claim them. Did you upgrade to the S24 range? If so you can't claim until you received the device

Thanks for the reply. Itsthe S23fe, guy said he'd send me a link. Phone due tomorrow so I'll see of anything comes with the device
