Hi I ordered an Xbox and received the console but haven’t received the game pass code and didn’t receive a text about receiving it

When was it you ordered the Xbox?
Was it on Add to Plan, where you pay for it monthly on your mobile bill, or did you purchase the Xbox outright?

It was a £30 a month Xbox series x console and EE game card bundle

If you head over to our validation page, and enter the mobile number the Xbox was linked to, it will send a text to the phone with a PIN to verify the request and get the Game Pass activated.
It is best to do it when connected to mobile service, rather than WiFi.

Hello I am having the same issue, the link to the validation page that you posted isn’t working, I’m getting an error message each time and have to wait 10 minutes between each try.

What is the error message that you see when you go to the validation page?
Are you connected to mobile data or WiFi when you are trying?
Have you purchased the Xbox outright or are you paying for it monthly on your mobile plan?

I am connecting via mobile data as recommended in many of these threads. I am paying monthly for my Xbox. The error message is as follows;

Are you able to try using a different device or web browser? Please can you try using Chrome to see if this resolves the issue?

I did it on chrome and got this message. I double and triple checked the deal and it definitely included 24 months of game pass so I don’t understand why I haven’t got a text.
