Order no confirmation

I ordered this evening, I’ve had no confirmation at all by email, I’ve checked spam folder nothing is there. I paid an upfront cost which is now pending. What do I do? I can’t call as the opening times are while I’m working

Did you get ab XKO reference pop up at the end of the order journey?

If you did, it would mean that our system has logged your order, and we'd just be waiting for a member of the processing team to process your order.
