 just wanting to try and get update on where the buds are?

Rang EE today at 11am 

Got fobbed off with "did I make the claim with Samsung" first

Then double checked it's actually EE sending them.. On hold a while..

Told due to global shortages I have to still await the txt from EE and DPD with no time frame or nothing.. 

It's actually a joke if people were getting there's last week!! Bit **bleep**ed 😡

If you've not received any communication about eligibility for your free Galaxy Buds, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our customer care team

They'll be able to check your account and order against our eligibility criteria, and say for sure if you'll be able to receive these.

Yes I got a text on 1st August about a delay, then found this post buy start of September so been following seen, seen others have had there's last week so rang them today and told me just to wait for dpd / EE txt when dispatched but with no dispatch date.. and there is none in stock on the EE store anyway just guess I wasn't the lucky few last week and I'm impatient 🤗

Got excited when I saw people were receiving the buds - I've not had a single piece of info, no text or anything.  I've been in touch with EE half a dozen times and it's still 'Sorry, there's a delay'.  I've been with EE (orange) for going on 20 years but I think once this contract is done I'll move elsewhere.  Loyalty counts for nothing I guess, just names out of a  hat.

EEs comms have been shocking and inconsistent.  

I'm so annoyed, have a long haul flight in 2 weeks and I really wanted the buds for it.  Guess I'll have to buy some.

If I'd even had a text telling me about the delay, that would be something.  This deafening silence is quite telling.

The Fact They Are Now In Stock 13 Left Loads Sold And I For One Haven't Been Offered My Free Ones Doesn't Give Me Great Hopes Considering I Rang In Monday As Well..

Out of Interest, What phone did you order and Did you get your buds?

I ordered a Fold and Got mine, as did 2 other people I know. 3 People I know Ordered the flip and they havent got theirs, and have been told by 150 they wont, they didnt get the delay text either. Is there a possible oversight EE's end that the Folds are being sent out first OR that the System doesnt reconise the Flips were Eligible too?

I'm pretty sure someone will say "I ordered a Flip and got buds", which renders my loose theory pointless 😂
